Our Shiraz Red Wine Vinegar is estate bottled, produced from shiraz wine that has been naturally fermented and aged in oak barrels – continuing to soften in flavour if cellared. Use a splash to enhance soups, marinades, pastas and risottos allowing flavours to blossom throughout the dish. Make a vinaigrette for salads or dipping, or use to deglaze after cooking steak for a quick sauce.
